Parking information
You should have enough parking at each property for the number of vehicles stated on each property description. However, we realize that it is not always conducive for everyone to drive together and the need may arise for additional parking during your stay. If this is an issue, please contact the management and she will assist you as to where the overflow parking for your property is.

Policies
Things you need to know
We provide a STARTER set of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher packets, and trash bags. Once the starter set is used you would be responsible for purchasing additional supplies. All beds are mad with fresh linens and we provide a fresh set of towels and wash cloths. We also supply the sheets and towels for the sofa sleepers your convenience. You may want to bring a large beach towel for the hot tub. We do not laundry detergent.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Pets are not allowed, except in designated cabins where pets are permitted for a non-refundable fee of $250 for the first dog and $100 for each additional dog (limit of 2 dogs). Dogs must be under 30 pounds and crated when left alone in the cabin. Any damages caused by pets will result in additional charges. If an unapproved pet is found in a cabin, or if the pet is not reported, a $500 fee will be applied for extra cleaning and/or misrepresentation.
- Fireplaces can only be used during the designated seasons. Using fireplaces outside of these times can cause severe damage to the AC unit, leading to repair costs being charged to the guest. Electric fireplaces may be used but should not be altered. If settings are changed to emit heat, charges similar to those for AC damage will apply.
- Maintenance is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. After 6:00 PM, only emergency calls will be addressed. It’s important to report any maintenance issues, questions, or concerns as soon as possible to ensure they are promptly handled for a better vacation experience.
- Due to the mountain location, cabins may occasionally have insects or small rodents. All properties are treated monthly by a licensed pest control company. If pests are spotted, contact management immediately for prompt service.
- Each location has specific rules regarding noise. Guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum to respect other properties and guests.
- Management is not responsible for any items left behind. Guests are advised to thoroughly check the property before departure. If items are left behind, contact management immediately. If found, items will be taken to a local UPS store for return, with shipping costs to be covered by the guest.
- Items cannot be shipped directly to the properties as USPS, UPS, and FedEx do not deliver there. If you need something shipped during your stay, contact management for an alternate address. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipped items.
- Hot tubs and whirlpools are drained, sanitized, and refilled after each checkout. A chemical floater must remain in the water at all times. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by misuse, including not following the instructions provided. Children should not use these amenities unattended, and no bubbles, dish detergent, or similar agents should be added. Hot tub covers must not be stood or sat on; damage to covers will result in a charge starting at $450.
