Hot tub heating is available at the home and activated using a remote. The hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival.

An in-person check-in at the on-site property manager's office in Downtown Palm Springs will be required before accessing the home.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Pool heat is available upon request prior to your arrival. This feature ensures your pool is a comfortable 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your entire stay. Rates vary seasonally: NOV-MAR at $75/night and APR/MAY/OCT at $50/night. Pool heat is not needed during the months not listed. Note that pool heating must be consecutive days and requires a minimum of 24-hour notice for optimal warmth on your first night.
