My mother brings her family on a vacation each year. This year she chose Kiawah and we are so thankful she did. She brought her daughter’s family of 4 and son’s family of 5. So, for one week we had 11 under the roof of 2B. We clocked countless hours sitting on the front porch - coffee in the am & Pinot Noir at night. We watched our children play in the front yard, swim in the pool out back, catch crabs in the moonlight, and bike all around the island. We gathered around the table & shared meals each night. We are all from Charlotte, North Carolina but it is a rare gift to be able to have time like this together on this gorgeous island. We loved exploring the town & chasing sunsets & lunching at the Sanctuary. All in all, we will carry this week in our hearts & cherish the time on your property. As my ten year old shared on our last night “2B is the place to be”.

Please note this property does not have access to the Kiawah Resort pools.

Tennis Court Access: Pay to play at West Beach Tennis Court & Roy Barth Tennis Center

Golf Access: 5 Public Golf Courses - Ocean Course, Turtle Point, Osprey Point, Cougar Point, Oak Point

Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.

We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.

Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.

Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.

Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

  • Guest named on reservation responsible for all occupants
  • Property for family vacation use only (other purposes require written authorization)
  • Unauthorized extra guests: $25/person/day + possible eviction

Events & Noise

  • Written permission required for any celebration, gathering, reunion, or event

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning charge. Must board pet immediately or leave without refund
  • Smoking: No tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping, or incense indoors - $300 restoration fee
  • Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces

Equipment & Amenities

  • Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
  • Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
  • Elevator: Not available, remains locked
  • Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
  • Report equipment issues immediately
  • Locked areas reserved for owner storage
