_**Neighborhood**_: Henderson Beach Villas - Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

Wonderful home for my growing family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. Very good layout, very Spacious and clean. So convenient to step outside and a few steps to the beach. We used the outdoor area so much as well as our own pool upstairs we paid to be heated, the kids loved it. The kitchen was well equipped and having our own grill right outside was wonderful. We cooked everyday! The rental company was very accommodating. Very quick to respond. My children and Grandchildren hope to return!

The thermostat should never be set to less than 70 degrees and the air conditioning should never be running while the doors are open.
