We had a great time at Harding house. The house smelled so good when we first entered. It was so welcoming. Great set up with a fully stocked kitchen, ping pong table, beach toys and laundry room. The BBQ and fire pit were so convenient. Our kids spent all their time riding their bikes down the boardwalk and to the Fun zone. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot but street parking wasn't too hard to find for our guests. The rooms were a nice size and have a bathroom attached to each. Our kids enjoyed having a TV in each room. Steps away from the Balboa ferry. This part of Balboa is quieter and a nice change of pace for a vacation. Thank you for checking in on us and answering our questions so quickly. Best rental experience!

Things you need to know
The home is supplied with a limited stock of paper goods and soaps to get most families through at least the first few days of their vacation. This initial supply will not be replenished or restocked during your stay, but should include most or all of the following: Paper towels, toilet paper, tissue boxes, liquid hand soap, body wash for the showers, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, sponges, and trash bags.
You will be supplied with a full set of sheets & towels.
You will be supplied with cooking supplies, dishes, and dishware.
Hair dryer, iron, board, extra pillows and blankets will be provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please be aware there is construction next door. City construction hours are only allowed M-F 7am-5pm.
- Any damages, lost items or cable/pay per view charges will be charged to the guest.
- Please observe all street signs regarding street sweeping days.
