The nearby micro-neighborhood of Barracks Row centers on 8th Street SE, where vintage storefronts hold oyster houses, pubby bars, and foodie-focused restaurants. 5% Refund: Receive a 5% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 95% processing fee of the total.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, and post the appropriate review.
- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund.
- Pack and Play and/or high chair is available upon request and must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
- There may be times when the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus we reserve the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
- What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues we can and will charge the guest.
- Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
- Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
