The house was great. Kids loved the bunkroom. All the beds were super comfortable and the AC was nice and cold. Location of the house is great, can easily walk to the new pool which the kids loved and adults enjoyed the swim up bar. The house had everything we needed, will definitely be back! The service was great, had a small issues with a clogged sink. Sent them a text to let them know, they had someone out that day to fix it. Easy communication. Palmilla setup is great. Quick access to the beach by golf cart, chair setup if you want it. You can order lunch and drinks on the beach which is nice. A quick golf cart ride to town as well.

Things you need to know
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
