To make your adventures even more convenient, take advantage of the free Buzz Bus on weekends and Thursdays, which will transport you along Palm Canyon Drive and the Smoke Tree Commons shopping mall, allowing you to effortlessly explore both uptown and downtown areas, as well as everything in between.

Things you need to know
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Rental includes linens, bath & beach towels, and iron.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- A two-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $75 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for their stay.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
