Unit A features a cozy living room with a soaring stone gas-assist fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent deck with a private hot tub. It comfortably sleeps up to ten guests, offering two master bedrooms with king beds and a loft with a queen bed and four twin beds, perfect for families. Unit B, with a more expansive 2,263 square feet, sleeps up to 12 guests. It includes spacious living and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, and a private deck with a hot tub. We had an excellent stay at the Black Bear Penthouse! The combined A/B units were well furnished and had everything we needed, including parking. The private hot tubs were a bonus, even in the summer, and the location cannot be beat!

You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
