Things you need to know

This home has "mountain air conditioning", meaning NO Central A/C, in the warmer months we recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant.

We are happy to provide a variety of basic cleaning supplies & toiletries, in addition to local refreshments & provisions to get you started upon your arrival into Park City and allow you to slip into vacation mode immediately. Stocked with other essential home goods, essentials, and comforts of home. The list below is not complete, as each home is individually owned and therefore may have additional items not listed here.

High-quality bed linens & towels.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and makeup towels are provided in each bathroom and sink in the home.

A starter set of dish detergent, dish soap, sponges, and laundry detergent is provided, along with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels & trash bags. We try to provide enough of these items for the duration of your stay, but for longer stays or heavier use, additional provisions can be purchased locally by the guests

Local provisions, snacks, and beverages are provided for you to enjoy upon arrival. For guests over the age of 21, alcoholic beverages from local purveyors may be provided.

Mid-stay touch-ups or full-cleanings are also available to add to your stay for an additional cost if desired. For pricing and housekeeping requests, please contact us as early as possible or before your check-in date. We will make every effort to accommodate all cleaning requests, but services cannot be guaranteed without sufficient notice (minimum of 48 hours).

Baby gear rentals & childcare services can be arranged for your stay – we recommend booking in advance.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • All residences are privately owned and homeowners may make ongoing updates at their discretion, in the interest of providing an enhanced guest experience. Community or club privileges, access to recreational features, and on-site amenities described here are subject to change and may be seasonal or based on current availability.
  • No additional persons are allowed to stay in the Property than confirmed on the reservation.
  • Guests must abide by the maximum occupancy rule allowed in the home at all times.
  • Any parties or gatherings of any nature which exceed the maximum occupancy or are disruptive in any nature are strictly prohibited.
  • Pets of any kind in our units are not allowed, with the exception of seeing eye dogs and other such animals to assist the physically challenged.
  • If a pet is found to be occupying a non-pet-friendly property, additional fees will be applied to your reservation.
  • A cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit if a pet or sign of a pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
  • The properties are all non-smoking properties. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit to guests who violate this policy.
  • There may be construction on or near the Property. There shall be no reimbursement for noise or disturbances from construction.
  • Firearms or other types of weapons are not permitted in or around the Property.
