A quick 5-minute drive will take you to the vibrant Vail Village, where you can explore world-class shops, restaurants, and après-ski hotspots. For dining, consider exploring the diverse culinary scene, with options ranging from casual eateries to fine dining experiences. If you're looking for outdoor adventures, hiking and biking trails are readily accessible. The neighborhood itself is known for its peaceful ambiance and stunning mountain views, providing a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience.

- Free parking. - The garage is not available for parking, as there is a vehicle stored there.
Getting to the property
- There is no ski shuttle service to the Potato Patch neighborhood, but the nearest stop is only a couple of minutes' drive and has parking. - While a car is recommended to explore Vail and the surrounding areas, public transportation is available. The free Town of Vail bus system offers convenient access to Vail Village, Lionshead, and other key locations. The nearest bus stop is a short drive from the property. For those arriving by air, Eagle County Regional Airport (EGE) is approximately a 45-minute drive away. Denver International Airport (DIA) is roughly a 2-hour drive.

Full Refund: Receive a full refund (excluding credit card fees) when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Contactless check-in/out
We do not keep propane stocked for liability reasons; we recommend checking that the tank doesn't need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled, please let us know and we'd be happy to reimburse you! If you are utilizing an amenity with propane, please be sure to close the tank when not in use.
To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials- including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing additional items needed.

- Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees based on the number of occupants.
Events & Noise
- Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighboring residents, and all applicable noise policies. Violations may result in additional fees.
- Guests must observe applicable quiet hours and comply with local noise ordinances to avoid disturbing neighbors.
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Violations may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.
Checkout & Care
- Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
- Same-day early check-in requests may be submitted. Requests are subject to availability and, if approved, incur a $50 fee.
- Late checkouts are not permitted. Failure to vacate by the designated checkout time will result in a $125 late checkout fee, with additional charges of up to one night's stay if it delays incoming guests.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before departure. Returned items are subject to a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
