Things you need to know
Beach chair service - One umbrella and two chairs (Seasonal).
Four beach chairs provided in the home.
Outdoor showers (One by the garage and one by the pool).
Towels provided.
Fresh, clean, and soft linens are provided for every stay, laundered in our in-house facility after each check-out.
Your house comes with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, shampoos, bar soap and laundry detergent. Depending on your length of stay, please plan accordingly as you may need more than we provide.
Pool heating is available for $75 per day (payment required for the duration of your stay).
With access to live TV on every TV, featuring a wide selection of movies, shows, sports, and news for endless entertainment.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No smoking or vaping in the house, balconies, yard, driveway, or anywhere on the property.
- The maximum number of guests cannot exceed the “sleeps” number or the maximum number above due to the fire code and an agreement with our owners.
- Violation of the above will result in guests having to leave the property with forfeiture of monies paid.
- The guest of record must be age 25+ and must stay each night with the group. No exceptions.
- Peace of mind with a $3,000 accidental damage waiver (with a $100 deductible). Some exclusions apply.
