KEY Curation Notes

Steps from Historic Main Street. A 3–5 minute walk puts you at Park City's restaurant row, boutique shops, and galleries — walkability is the defining feature of this location.
Free transit to the ski resorts. The Park City Transit bus stops outside the building and runs to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley, Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction at no cost.
Wood-burning fireplace and mountain views. The living room has a marble-surround wood-burning fireplace, and the private balcony looks out over Old Town and the surrounding peaks — a genuine après anchor.
Queen-over-queen bunks in the second bedroom. The layout sleeps 8 via a king primary, two bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa — well-suited for families or mixed groups but worth knowing if your party is all adults.
Community hot tubs, sauna, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The building has both indoor and outdoor spas plus a sauna. The outdoor pool and smaller outdoor spa are closed through Memorial Day weekend; the large outdoor spa closes April 20th. The indoor spa remains open during landscaping (April 20–May 22) and then closes until Memorial Day when the outdoor pool reopens.
Coin-operated communal laundry. No in-unit washer/dryer — shared laundry is available in the building.
Starter supplies only. Basic kitchen provisions are included to get you started; KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before your arrival.

Things you need to know

The living room has been fully refurnished in a warm mountain-contemporary style.

The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, Drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker and grinder, electric kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, crockpot, and ample cookware for home-cooked meals.

Park Station amenities include indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, picnic area with BBQ grills, and beautifully landscaped common areas. Amenity hours are 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM daily. Outdoor pool and spa hours vary seasonally, while the indoor spa is open year-round.

Due to lack of crowds and cold conditions, the outdoor pool is now closed until Memorial Day weekend. Also the outdoor smaller raised spa.

The large outdoor spa will be open until end of next weekend, then closed April 20th when we start landscaping.

The indoor spa located in basement of Building 2 will be open during landscaping (4/20/26-5/22/26).

Restrictions

  • Maximum occupancy: Limited to approved number of guests on reservation
  • Guest accountability: Primary renter responsible for all guest actions and damages
  • Unauthorized guests: Only registered guests permitted; violations may result in fees or eviction

Events & Noise

  • Events: Parties, weddings, or large gatherings prohibited without prior written approval
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM per local ordinance/HOA
