No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Pool and spa heating is not included and can be added to your stay for $75/night. Spa will be heated on a morning and evening schedule. If you would like to set your own 4 hour spa timeframes (2 per day), please let us know before your stay.

- Guests may be responsible for any damages or loss caused to the property during their stay, including but not limited to damage to furnishings, fixtures, and appliances. Guests are also responsible for ensuring that all members of their party comply with the rules and regulations of the rental property.
- The city of Palm Springs has a citywide noise ordinance where no amplified music or excessive noise may be heard outside. Both temporary visitors and full-time residents of a residential neighborhood must comply with this ordinance.
- We may require a fully refundable security deposit to cover potential damages during your stay.
- If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.
- All of our properties have a no-smoking policy. Signs of smoking will result in a $1,500 fine.
- We do not allow parties or events at this property, please respect occupancy limits. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and/or eviction.
- : We love furry friends, but this property is not pet friendly. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found in the home, a fine will be charged.
