The house was perfect for our family! Very clean and easy to keep clean & tidy. There were 16 of us, room for everyone! One thing it could use more of is kitchen towels, just one in kitchen, did use the one from bar area too. Also having a golf cart with house would be nice. Didn’t know they are around $200.00/day to rent. We did rent one and it was a life saver, very easy to get around with it. Vacasa was spot on helping with everything. We asked for a grill and they delivered one. Elevator doors would not open they fixed it right away. We all enjoyed both pools, golf, fitness room and of course the beach. Pretty perfect vacation!

The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.

Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.

If the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
