- Driveway parking. - Damaged parking cards or passes (if provided) will incur a per-card replacement fee of $200.00. - Parking or driving on the grass or in the yard is never allowed. - Please be courteous to the neighbors. When parking on the street, park in front of the home you are occupying, rather than neighbors’ homes. - The maximum number of guest cars is limited to the amount that will fit in the driveway.

Things you need to know

Home includes an entire team of experienced locals who are available to you 24/7. Your representative is not only highly trained in each home, but they are likely to have personally vacationed in the home with their friends and family.

Towels, linens, toilet paper, hand soap, dish detergent, cups, knives, forks, spoons, dishes, and other items will be provided.

Shampoos, conditioner, bath soap, and other consumables are to be purchased by the Guest, although one set of travel toiletries will be provided.

Food in the refrigerator is available for use by the Guest, however, alcohol, wine, freezer items, and pantry items, are not for the use of the Guest unless specifically indicated in writing.

The guest is advised that the property may contain a gas stove and cooktop, gas heating, gas grill, and other gas-powered items and the Guest will seek help from management if the proper operation of such items is not fully understood. If propane tanks are provided, Guests are free to use them.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year
Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Parties and events are not permitted. While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only.
No guests under 25 (without a parent or legal guardian).
No smoking anywhere on the premises. All smoking rules include e-cigarettes and vapor use.
Additional Guests on the premises past 10:00 pm will incur a fee of $500.00 per Guest. There are no partial stays allowed. At no time shall the overnight Guest count exceed the “Maximum” Guests allowed. Any violation of the Maximum shall be subject to additional charges, including but not limited to a penalty of $1,000.00 per additional Guest AND IMMEDIATE EVICTION.
Violations that will result in fines are as follows: Damage to the property or furnishings that exceed the maximum amount covered or do not fall under the Security Deposit Waiver or the Refundable Deposit; Dirt or other mess requiring cleaning in excess of the cleaning fee; Excess garbage; Additional Guests occupying the Property; Noise or Community violations; Pet violations; Any other violations; or any other cost associated with damage or violations of this Agreement incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay, as allowable by law.
The rental is not responsible or liable in any manner for personal injury to any person or for loss or damage to any person’s real or personal property resulting from any act or omission not caused by the rental’s gross negligence.
Most properties do NOT provide a landline telephone. Should there be a phone provided there is a long-distance block on the telephone - a calling card is needed for long-distance toll calls. Emergency medical and police services can be called by dialing 911.
No subletting of the property.
Towels are never permitted to be taken from the house.
We occasionally experience water, power, and wastewater outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages.
There shall be no refunds of Use Fees because of shortened stays or ruined expectations due to weather conditions, expectations due to work, family or other emergencies, or other commitments.
Only legally owned and permitted firearms shall be allowed on the premises according to State and local laws.
Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property.
Guest shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc.
Valuable items left behind by Guest will be held for the Guest and every reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for a return. Any expenses with the return of the Guest’s items shall be charged to the credit card on file along with a $50 trip fee. If items are not claimed for longer than 6 months, they shall become the property of the rental. We shall not be held liable for the condition of said items.
No refund of Use Fees shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal preferences with regard to cable TV and Internet service.
No commercial use of the Property without written agreement, specific arrangements, and proof of separate insurance.
Guest agrees not to access the “owner’s closet” or any other areas marked “private”, even if unlocked, which contains the Homeowner’s property as well as cleaning supplies and chemicals that could be hazardous to children and adults.
Guests shall not use washcloths or towels for makeup removal.
No gatherings or parties without written agreement, specific arrangements, and proof of separate insurance.
