"This was a trip get together girls . The place is so beautiful and safe. we had a great time , nice location . Allen always was available for any support. There is an issue with the control panel at garage there is not working at all. Also the bathroom curtain upstairs needs to be washed . I highly recommend this place to stay."

Things you need to know
Kitchen is equipped with dishes and utensils, refrigerator, stove, cooking basics, and coffee maker.
High quality linens and paraben-free bathroom essentials are provided.
Specific amenities we are providing: towels and washcloths (# on reservation) three rolls of toilet paper per bathroom (one on the holder, as well as one additional roll), three rolls of paper towels, four trash bags for can in kitchen, laundry detergent for two to three uses, dishwasher soap for two to three uses, two filtered packs of traditional coffee. Please plan accordingly if you plan to need more of these amenities.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Telephones in the Rental Property may be blocked to allow local calls only.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- If you are staying at a property with a rooftop balcony/patio you are allowed only on the rooftop balcony/patio. Guests are strictly prohibited from climbing over any railing to gain access to the roof of the property or to gain access to an adjacent property. Any guest found on the roof will be immediately evicted without any refunds.
- If linens or towels are rented from Owner or supplied with Rental Property, Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels.
- Make sure that all doors - including the garage door and any exterior access door - are kept closed when not using the home.
- Make sure that all vehicle doors are locked.
- Do not provide alcohol to members of group and/or visitors from outside your group if those people are already intoxicated and/or are under the legal drinking age of 21 years old.
- Make sure that doors and windows are not left open during your stay while central heat/air is being used.
- Avoid turning the temperature down to a level below 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Outdoor activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death.
- Steps and decks can be slippery, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, and exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, and sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities.
