Restrictions
- As a courtesy to your neighbors, please minimize loud conversation, music, and general noise, especially after 10:00 pm until 7:00 am.
- Due to neighborhood restrictions, parties and/or events are not allowed in this home. Disregarding this rule will result in immediate eviction and the loss of your security deposit.
- No Smoking, Vaping, or drug use allowed on the Premise at any time, Evidence will cause immediate termination of the agreement, and guests must move out immediately at the guests’ sole expense. Please be mindful of Idaho State Law; no Marijuana is allowed.
- No sign, notice, advertisement or illumination shall be posted, inscribed or exposed on or at any window or other part of the Premise at anytime.
- Excessive cleaning beyond reasonable vacation property use will be charged to the card on file at the rate of $50/hour. Excessive cleaning defined as; excessive garbage, broken items not cleaned up, evidence of guests using booked property to host an event in which more people than declared used property. Hourly rate to include but not limited to; picking up of trash/garbage, hauling of excessive garbage to dump.
- Let us know immediately of any damage to the property.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
