First off I would 100% recommend this space to absolutely anyone wanting to stay in Tulum. Location was perfect, the condo is tucked away from the noisy strip and downtown but within a 10min walk or 3min drive from an amazing selection of restaurants. It is about a 5min drive from the Tulum center, 15-20min drive from a number of beautiful attractions. This was our first time in Tulum and we felt very safe throughout but most especially at the condo. The pictures that you see almost don't do this space justice, it is a boho chic paradise. We felt so relaxed and comfortable that we spent most of our days lounging around on the rooftop patio. The space was very clean and fully equipped with all the essentials, we were able to cook a number of meals. Rachel was an incredible host, she was responsive. Also notable, the staff around the condo are very kind and helpful. Ultimately, it was a perfect stay, a truly relaxing vacation due in large part to how much we loved this space.

Do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils.
Do not touch pool equipment, call the host if you need assistance.
Use black towels to remove makeup, guests will be charged for stained towels.
Use coasters under drinks on furniture.
Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up.
Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted.
Turn AC up to 20 when you are not at home.
Place toilet tissue in the baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects down the toilet.
Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is between $1000-$2000 USD.
