KEY Curation Notes

Ski-in access, steps from Town Lift: The home sits directly on the Quit N' Time ski run with Town Lift at the end of the street — as close to ski-in/ski-out as Old Town gets without being a slope-side condo. Dedicated ski storage is in the garage and boot room.
Walk to Main Street: Historic Main Street is a short walk, putting Park City's restaurants, shops, and après scene within easy reach without moving a car.
Sleeping configuration: Four bedrooms sleep a group comfortably — three kings (including two en-suite primaries on the lower level) and a full-over-full bunk room on the entry level, plus a full shared bathroom on the main level. One lower-level primary includes an adjustable bed, fireplace, and patio access.
Private hot tub and fire pit: The front patio has a private hot tub, fire pit, and lounge seating — functional after a full day on the mountain.
Chef's kitchen: Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, stone countertops, and a breakfast nook in a bay window. Seats a full group at the banquette dining area.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy: Must not exceed stated guest limit (strictly enforced by local fire and safety codes)
  • Guest accountability: Primary renter is responsible for all guests, damages, lost keys, and incidental charges (valid credit card required at check-in)
  • Approved use: Personal vacation use only

Events & Noise

  • Events: Parties, large gatherings, or unapproved events are strictly prohibited (may result in termination of rental)
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM (violations may result in immediate eviction without refund)
