The first floor features an open living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that bathe the space in natural light, leading into a gourmet kitchen complete with a cozy breakfast nook, TV, and lounge area. A formal dining room, perfect for meals shared with loved ones, seats eight comfortably. The first of four master suites, located just off the living room, offers a king bed, back porch access, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and double vanities. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms—a queen room and a twin room—each come with their own private bathrooms, separated by a spacious landing. The fourth bedroom is a secluded loft-style suite above the garage, featuring a king bed, private living area, and full bathroom. Outdoors, the home’s charm continues with a back porch overlooking a serene lagoon, where stunning sunsets and abundant wildlife create a tranquil setting for evening relaxation. Lovely home, perfectly located on island! Easy walk or bike around corner to beach on bike path. Pool is a wonderful way to come back and end the day! The setup was perfect for or family, offered plenty of space for us. It was important for us to find a home with a pool, close to beach and dog friendly, this house checked all the boxes! We have spent a lot of time on Kiawah and would rent this home again!

Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Unauthorized extra guests: $25/person/day + possible eviction

- Written permission required for any celebration, gathering, reunion, or event

- Pets: Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning charge. Must board pet immediately or leave without refund
- Smoking: No tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping, or incense indoors - $300 restoration fee
- Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces
Equipment & Amenities
- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk

- Locked areas reserved for owner storage
