Standard amenities include hair dryer, hangers, laptop friendly workspace, and cooking basics.
Kitchen is equipped with toaster, electric kettle, coffee/tea maker, refrigerator, kitchen utensils, coffee, freezer, and wine glasses.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Do not sit on furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils.
- Do not touch pool equipment, call the host if you need assistance.
- Use black towels to remove makeup, guests will be charged for stained towels.
- Use coasters under drinks on furniture.
- Concrete is porous and stains, if you spill something please clean it up.
- Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted.
- Turn AC up to 20 when you are not at home.
- Place toilet tissue in the baskets provided, do not flush tissue or objects down the toilet.
- Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile, cost of replacement is between $1000-$2000 USD.
- Please contact host with any wifi issues, the router is remotely managed.
- Guest stays longer than 7 days will require a second cleaning.
- Guests staying in the home are the only people allowed at the residence, no parties or events unless expressly approved by host prior to check-in.
- Community pool, and rooftop are community areas please be respectful of others.
