Ski/Snowboard - Private shuttle service to Northstar (only available with club access)
Fitness - Fitness Center, Group Classes, Personal Training + Adventure Fitness

Spa - The Retreat at Old Greenwood (currently closed)
Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $85 per night for up to 12 registered people. Please note that there will be no refund for days/passes not used. Pavilion access needs to be requested prior to arrival. No access will be issued once in residence.
DISCLOSURES:**
The 2025 Barracuda Championship, a PGA TOUR event, will take place July 14–20, 2025 at the Old Greenwood Golf Course. The community will have large crowds and the Pavilion access may be limited or inaccessible during this week.
The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 3 children under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year
- Please note that the rates for this residence have been reduced due to construction activity on the entire street. By booking this residence, you are agreeing to an impeded view from the residence and possible construction noise during regular business hours Monday through Friday. No further refund will be issued.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 10 adults plus 1 child under the age of 13. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
