Things you need to know

Each stay at the Cline Vineyard Estate includes a complimentary tasting experience for up to 10 guests, allowing you to savor the finest wines produced by the esteemed Cline Family Cellars.

We are happy to provide a variety of basic cleaning supplies & toiletries. All of our properties are stocked with other essential home goods and comforts of home. The list below is not complete, as each home is individually owned and therefore may have additional items not listed here: High-quality bed linens & towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and makeup towels are provided in each bathroom and sink in the home.

A starter set of dish detergent, dish soap, sponges, and laundry detergent is provided, along with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels & trash bags. We try to provide enough of these items for the duration of your stay, but for longer stays or heavier use, additional provisions can be purchased locally by the guests.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • We have a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. No loud noises, music, or load vehicles are allowed between the hours of 9:00 pm and 8:00 am. Please note that if these are not followed, you can be fined and asked to vacate the property.
  • The Premises are for the sole use as a personal vacation residence by Approved Guests. Reserving Guest is responsible for any guests who use the property during the term of the agreement. Guest may not exceed the maximum occupancy for the Property at any time.
  • Approved Guests are persons who will occupy the Premises. No unlawful activity or any other activity that constitutes a nuisance is permitted on Premises. Approved Guests take full responsibility for all lost or broken items and any damages to the Property of any kind.
  • Premises will be delivered to Guest in a professionally cleaned condition. Should Guest's use and activity require more than regular cleaning services, Guest will be charged for associated excess costs.
  • It is our pleasure to accept service animals. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA, regarding your service animal. Is the service animal required because of a disability? What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform? We do not charge extra for the service animal nor increase our deposit. Guest remains liable for any and all damages caused by people or the service dog. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animals' work. In that case, the service animal must be under control by the handler at all times, therefore never left alone at any time. If we discover a guest has misrepresented a pet as a service animal, report fraudulent claims to government authorities and evict the guest (s) without further notice.
  • Guest shall, on arrival, examine the Premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures, and landscaping, if any, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair.
  • Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
  • You may ship directly to the home that you are staying in using Fedex or UPS while you are in the home; however, we cannot guarantee delivery or security of the package.
  • No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the property.
  • All of our rentals are in residential areas and may NOT be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings. Any disruptive events could result in the eviction and forfeiture of the entire rental amount and security deposit.
  • No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol.
  • No refund shall be given for the number of devices, outages, content, or lack of content, or personal preferences with regard to cable/internet/satellite service.
  • Most rentals are equipped with air conditioning. If so equipped, and if not regulated otherwise, Guest agrees that Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78, and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for lack of, or malfunctioning, HVAC units.
  • Pool and spa: if so equipped, spa heating is included. Pool heating is included June 1 through October 1 and set to the minimum of 80°F*, during spring and fall months, unless solar equipped, there is an additional fee and must be paid for prior to use.
  • Guest agrees not to tamper with pool heat controls or manipulate the heater in any way. Guest understands that the area surrounding the pool and spa may not be fenced or secure.
  • Guest understands and agrees to be responsible and liable for any damages that occur to the pool and spa and its support equipment through Guest misuse and/or negligence.
  • In the event the rental unit sustains a failure of a system, including but not limited to water, sewer, septic, electrical, gas, plumbing, mechanical, appliances, heat pump, ventilating, pool, hot tub or other system or structural systems, neither the property owner nor the Management shall be liable to Guest for damages, and no refunds will be given for such failures.
  • Management will not assume liability for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by, but not limited to the following: weather conditions, natural disasters, pests, construction, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
  • No commercial use.
  • Guest shall properly use, operate and safeguard the Premises including, if applicable, any landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances and all mechanical, electrical, gas and plumbing fixtures, and keep them clean and sanitary.
  • We cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. This includes excessive noise from construction or public/private events, wildfire/smoke, weather-related interruptions, road closures, lack of snow, frozen pipes, interruption of services and utilities or unexpected appliance breakdown.
