Tahoe Keys amenities (available at a nominal fee) include a year-round indoor pool, seasonal outdoor pool, hot tubs, docks, a swimming beach, and tennis courts.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Tahoe's mild summer weather.
This home is in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/noisy groups.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- An afternoon BBQ with too many people is subject to citation/fine). Over-occupancy, excess vehicles, or excessive noise at any time of day will result in a guest fine of up to $2,000 (in addition to fines assessed against the homeowner by local authorities). Failure to observe the no party policy may result in eviction.
- Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Use of charcoal grills and outdoor wood-burning fires is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
