Parking information
- Street parking in front of the unit accommodates one car. - Guest will not exceed the stated number of maximum vehicles in the reservation. - We make efforts to make Guests aware of local parking restrictions; please refer to your House Manual for more information. - You are solely responsible for adhering to local street parking restrictions, including HOA rules, and any penalties associated with violating said restrictions.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

All the guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.
Please note there is construction happening next door and it may be noisy at times.
Please note that there are multiple stairs in each unit.
Security is on-site to intermittently check in on properties for guest safety.
Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones.
All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.
Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Do not exceed the maximum number of registered guests listed on the reservation
- Guests are responsible for all damage caused by themselves or their party, excluding normal wear and tear
- Exceeding approved occupancy may result in removal from the property and additional fees
- Residential use only; no commercial use without prior written approval
- All guests must comply with applicable laws, regulations, HOA rules, and community covenants
Events & Noise
- Parties, events, weddings, and gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval
- Excessive noise is prohibited at all times; outdoor noise must remain under sixty dBA and is not permitted after nine PM
- Noise violations may result in fines
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking/Vaping: Smoke-free property; violation results in a five hundred dollar cleaning fee plus damage costs
- Illegal substances: Unlawful activity, including illicit drugs or contraband, is strictly prohibited
- Weapons: Firearms and dangerous weapons are not permitted
- Fireworks: Fireworks, flammable, or hazardous materials are prohibited without prior approval
- Filming: Commercial filming or photography is not permitted without written approval
- Trespassing: Access is limited to property boundaries; neighboring properties may not be entered
- ### Equipment & Amenities
- Property care: Guests must properly use and safeguard all furnishings, appliances, fixtures, and systems
- Alterations: No alterations, moving furniture, changing locks, or installing items using fasteners or adhesives
- Repairs: Guests are responsible for repairs or replacements caused by misuse, including drain blockages
- Parking: Park only in designated areas
- Mail & packages: Guests may not receive mail or packages; management is not responsible for lost or stolen deliveries
- Malfunctions: No refunds are provided for temporary equipment or system failures
- ### Checkout & Care
- Additional cleaning required beyond standard turnover will be charged to the guest
- Trash must be placed in bins; if bins are full, bags should be placed inside the garage along the wall
- Property must be left in generally the same condition as arrival

- Not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items
- Guests assume responsibility for injuries occurring on the property
