KEY Curation Notes

Private pool in a fenced backyard. The outdoor space includes a covered patio and a charcoal grill/smoker — designed for easy outdoor living. Note that the pool is unheated, so water temperature tracks with the season.

Two miles from the beach. This is a residential neighborhood property, not a beachfront location. Gulf-access beaches are a short drive east along Thomas Drive.

3 bedrooms / 2 full baths + half bath / sleeps 10. The primary suite has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen. The third has a twin-over-twin bunk plus a twin-over-full bunk — well-suited for families mixing kids and adults.

Single-story layout. No stairs between living spaces — easy for all ages and mobility levels.

6-car parking (2-car garage + 4-car driveway), so groups arriving in multiple vehicles won't have a parking problem.

Gas fireplace inside. A practical perk for shoulder-season visits when evenings cool down.

Guests & Occupancy

The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old to reserve and check in unless approved in writing. Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund.
The guest is responsible for all occupants, reservation charges, payment compliance, and adherence to all rental policies.
Property may only be used for vacation purposes. Valid photo ID, selfie, and names of all occupants are required.

Equipment & Amenities

Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional fee upon approval and subject to availability, and are generally unavailable during peak periods unless confirmed by the reservation team.

Specific homes, unit assignments, furnishings, décor, views, and amenities cannot be guaranteed and may change prior to arrival.
Management reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations if the reserved property becomes unavailable due to maintenance issues, property sale, owner withdrawal, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond management's control. If comparable accommodations are unavailable, guests will receive a full refund.
Check-in readiness may be delayed due to cleaning, maintenance, inspections, or unforeseen operational issues. Refunds, credits, or rate adjustments will not be provided for delayed access.
Management reserves the right to cancel, modify, or refuse reservations affected by pricing inaccuracies, software integration errors, occupancy conflicts, or failed/declined payment transactions.
