Four of us ladies were in the Dominican for our National Sales Meeting and decided to stay an additional 5 days. We rented a 4 BR/4 bath house in Tortuga. The house looked great in the pictures but was even better in person! It was a beautiful home! This house came with a housekeeper, Mary, who was a great cook and very accommodating! We had a Super Bowl party for 10 and the spread that she made was delicious!! Now let's talk about Jose who checked in on us twice per day, helped us with everything from recommendations for day trips to grocery stores and help with rental cars. Jose was the best and made our trip the icing on the cake! Many thanks to Jose and Mary for making our trip complete! By the way, the house was only a 5 minute walk to a lovely beach and we also had access to the beach club. Two bicycles were at the house and were great too!

Things you need to know
A concierge will be assigned as soon as you finalize your villa reservation to help with pre-arrival coordination and during your stay: Coordinating airport transfers, golf cart rental, activities and excursions, massages, menu coordination, and supermarket purchases.
Please note that at least 1 member of the staff will be staying 24 hrs at the villa. Members of the staff will remain in the staff area when not working or during sleeping hours.

Supermarket purchases are USD $50 per trip.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Maximum guest capacity: 10 (including kids).
- If you bring in extra guests without prior approval and payment, you may be asked to vacate the rental property and forfeit all rent paid.
- Guests must report any inoperative/malfunctioning equipment to Property Manager immediately. Property Manager will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.
- If you require a rollaway, highchair or crib and it is not provided in the rental property, please notify us in advance. These items are provided subject to prior availability.
- Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
- Firearms or weapons of any kind including paint ball guns, pellet guns, BB guns, pistols or rifles are strictly prohibited.
- No fireworks are permitted in or around the rental property or anywhere near premises.
