Smart TVs, Bluetooth speaker systems, a fireplace, and modern conveniences such as a washer, dryer, and free parking ensure a seamless stay. The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, offering plenty of opportunities to relax and recharge. A private basketball court with a brand-new hoop, outdoor Muay Thai heavy bag, fire pits, BBQ area, and spacious deck create the perfect backdrop for gathering with family and friends. Inside, entertainment continues with a Super Arcade Console and thoughtfully designed spaces that inspire both fun and relaxation. KEY Curation Notes

The amenity set is the whole point. A private home cinema, a gym, a recording studio with a DJ booth, a built-in arcade console, and a basketball court. HUE color-changing lighting and Bluetooth audio run throughout the house.
The design is genuinely one-of-a-kind. Black marble floors, throne seating, and a bold, maximalist aesthetic define the interior. Outside there is a deck, fire pits, a BBQ, and a mounted muay thai heavy bag, plus a dedicated car garage on site.
Dedicated beds suit a group of about six. The three bedrooms hold a king and two queens. Capacity stretches to nine using a queen air mattress and a sofa sleeper.
The location pairs recreation with quick access. Mt. Holiday sits less than a mile away, with Traverse City State Park Beach a short drive and downtown Traverse City about fifteen minutes out. Horse Shows on the Bay is roughly ten minutes away, a practical base for the show season. Linens are provided, so pack your own beach towels.
The home is still being finished. The design continues to evolve and some listing photos predate recent additions. Expect a few areas to read as works in progress.

A starter supply of expendable supplies such as paper goods and soap is provided; please bring additional if you feel this will not be adequate. Basic cleaning supplies are stocked to do your own cleaning during your stay. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay unless previously arranged.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Additional unregistered guests will be automatically charged $50 per guest.
  • Management reserves the right to enter the property to investigate disturbances, verify occupancy, inspect for damage, perform repairs, improvements, or maintenance, and show the property to prospective purchasers or guests (advance notice will be provided for showings).

Prohibited Activities

  • Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Violation results in a $1,000 fee.
  • Fireplace/Wood Stove (if equipped): Use only provided wood and only for indoor fireplaces/wood stoves. Unauthorized wood use, cutting, or removal from the property will result in a minimum $100 fee. Burn only wood or wood products. Do not leave the property with an active fire, and do not use fireplaces/wood stoves during stagnant air burn bans.
  • Do not flush feminine products. Avoid excessive toilet paper use and do not pour grease down drains.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Property linens and towels are for indoor use only. Do not take them outdoors. Guests should bring their own items for hot tubs, sunbathing, or smoking areas. Extra linens are provided only for stays of one week or longer.
  • Fire Safety (if equipped): Keep fireplace doors/screens closed except when adding wood. Do not place flammable materials near fireplaces, wood stoves, or other heat sources.
  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the property.

Checkout & Care

  • A non-refundable cleaning fee is required with every reservation and covers cleaning, sanitizing, laundry service, trash removal, and restocking of basic paper and soap products.
  • Guests should allow property linens to be professionally laundered unless replacement linens are needed during the stay.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Left-behind items can be shipped upon request at the guest's expense plus a $10 service fee. Office pickup may also be arranged. Management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Snow removal will be attempted before arrival during winter months. A shovel is provided for guest use. Guests assume responsibility for exercising caution in snowy or icy conditions.
