KEY Curation Notes

115 feet from Seaside's private Savannah Pavilion beach access — one of the shortest walks on 30A, with access to one of the longest stretches of private residential beach on the corridor. Two complimentary rental bikes are included at arrival (pickup at Seaside Transit Authority), and downtown Seaside's shops and restaurants are a two-block walk.
The four-story tower is the defining feature. An enclosed third-floor sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa opens to an open-air deck; an exterior staircase leads to a fourth-floor covered observation deck with 360-degree panoramic views, Gulf sunsets, and front-row seats to Fourth of July and New Year's Eve fireworks.
No private pool. Access to three Seaside community pools is included, though tennis and pickleball courts carry separate court fees.
Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners in Seaside — no exceptions. The bike inclusions and walkability largely offset this, but groups planning on a cart should know before booking.
No beach chairs are provided. Cabanaman rentals are available on the beach, but stock can sell out during peak weeks — plan ahead or bring your own.

We've probably been to Seaside 10 times and this is one of our favorite houses -- so comfortable and beautifully decorated. Love the wraparound porch. The location is fantastic -- close to beach and town, but still quiet. Rental company communication very courteous.

Things you need to know

Upon arrival, you will receive a welcome tote with two beach towels, and a complimentary bottle of wine, included with the stay.

Personalized service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided. Your accommodation will include Peacock Alley linens - fresh and luxurious Peacock Alley towels and sheets throughout the home, necessary kitchen amenities, and premium Seaside, FL exclusive toiletries and bathing amenities.

Your stay includes access to three swimming pools, five clay tennis courts (court fees apply), three pickleball courts (court fees apply), and a fitness center. You will need to take the passes you will find in your arrival pack for access to each of these facilities each time you use them.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
  • All of our properties have internet access. However, we do not and cannot guarantee internet connection or access due to service being provided by an outside third-party vendor, restrictions placed on internet services by personal computers, different connection specifications, and any additional factors that may lead to interruption, failure, or unavailability of internet service. No refunds will be given.
  • You may request an additional frequency of housekeeping services for an additional fee on application. If you have any housekeeping issues, please report them as soon as possible so we may address them in a timely manner. No discounts, credits, or refunds will be given for housekeeping issues that have not been reported during your stay.
  • You are responsible to place your waste items into plastic garbage bags and setting these into the outdoor garbage cans at the curbside and securing the can lids. Seaside town council empties these cans twice a week and three times during the season.
  • Do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C or heater is operating.
  • Guests who exceed the maximum occupancy listed in the property description are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rental payments and deposits.
