KEY Curation Notes

Town Center is a 2-minute drive or about a mile on foot — walkable in summer, but in winter with gear it's a drive. The Town Center shuttle to Big Sky Resort is accessible from here; the resort itself is 7 miles up the mountain.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom — three bedrooms, three full baths across 2,139 sq ft. The king is on the main level with its own bath; the queen and twin room are on the upper level, each with a private bath. Genuinely no shared bathrooms for a group of six, which is worth noting at this size.
Two separate living areas — a meaningful differentiator at this price point and bedroom count. The main-level living room has the pellet stove; the upper level has a second lounge. The pellet stove burns cleanly and consistently with pellets provided, but it operates differently from a wood-burning or gas fireplace — worth knowing before arrival if that matters to your group.
Private hot tub, outdoor dining table, patio seating, and a grill complete the outdoor setup. In-unit washer/dryer and garage parking.
No ski-in/ski-out access and no air conditioning. For a group of six prioritizing Town Center access over slopeside proximity, this is a well-sized and well-configured base.
Starter supplies are a full hygiene kit — shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap provided in addition to the standard kitchen kit. KEY.co's grocery delivery covers Big Sky and can have perishables and extras waiting at check-in.

Reviews

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was ideal - a short walk to town for shopping/dining out, etc and close to the resort for skiing. Very quiet area. The property was beautifully decorated, extremely clean and included everything we needed for our time away. The views from the property were lovely - we watched elk grazing daily from the living room and even had a visit from an adorable fox on our first morning. The hot tub was a huge plus! We definitely want to visit Montana again and would book this property for our next stay without hesitation.
