KEY Curation Notes

Big Sky Town Center is a 5-minute walk — this is the defining location advantage here. Dining, shopping, the farmers market, Music in the Mountains, and the PBR Rodeo are all walkable. For skiing, the Town Center shuttle is a 3-minute walk and drops at the resort base; the resort is also a 10-minute drive.
Dual master suites, one on each level, each with its own en-suite bath and walk-in shower. The upper master adds a soaking tub. Every bedroom has an en-suite — four bedrooms, four full baths plus a half bath on the main level. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room configured for kids or overflow: one twin-over-queen and one twin XL over full XL bunk.
Two separate living areas — the main-level great room with a gas fireplace, and a second more intimate lounge upstairs with balcony access. Chef's kitchen with island and bar seating; dining table seats the full group.
Private hot tub on the outdoor deck and central air conditioning — one of the few properties in this portfolio with AC, making this a strong summer booking as well as a ski trip base. Parking for four vehicles including garage.
Not ski-in/ski-out — and unlike many Big Sky properties where the resort is close, it's a genuine 10-minute drive here. The Town Center shuttle connection works well for most guests, but anyone prioritizing door-to-chair access should consider a slopeside property instead.
Starter supplies are minimal by design. Travel-sized toiletries and a basic kitchen kit are included. Stock up before arrival — KEY.co's grocery delivery covers Big Sky and can have essentials waiting at check-in.

Getting to the property

Montana is Big Sky Country and the best way to explore all its beauty is to have your own car. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter and guests of Big Sky & Whitefish do have several shuttle options if your preference is not to drive. Make sure to reserve your rental car early.

We had a perfect stay at this beautiful home! We spent 4 nights here and were sad to leave. Perfect amount of space for our two families, clean, well taken care of, stocked with everything we could have needed. We loved walking to the shops and restaurants, and just a quick drive to the Ski mountain. The beds were so comfortable, and the living areas were set up perfectly for our cozy movie nights. Absolutely loved staying at this home!

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary Guest must be 18+, must match the credit card holder, and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Reservations for unaccompanied minors are prohibited and will result in eviction with forfeiture of all charges.
  • Occupancy must not exceed the number stated on the reservation; no exceptions.
  • Primary Guest is responsible for all occupants and invitees, including damages, violations, and charges.
  • Additional unapproved guests may result in extra per-person charges, fines, or eviction without refund.
  • Residential use only. No parties or gatherings unless pre-approved in writing. Violations may result in eviction and additional charges.
  • Property must be used lawfully and with care; misuse of appliances or systems resulting in damage will be charged.

  • Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.

  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking results in a $1,000 cleaning fee. No incense or oil lamps.

  • Fire hazards: No candles (except approved outdoor/emergency use).
  • Vehicles: No RVs, trailers, or campers. No vehicle repairs on-site.
