Great place with amazing balcony views especially from the main floor kitchen and master suite balconies!! You can lay out in the sun all the way to sunset without having to go to the beach necessarily. Loved that!! Also, lots of space. We were able to fit 2 SUV's inside the garage. Walking simply across the boardwalk to the beach was great as well! Shower outside very useful. All in all, we had no regrets! Great trip! Great place! Definitely will rent again!

Things you need to know
Kitchen is equipped with blender, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, oven, pots and pans, stove, freezer, ice maker, wine glasses, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee, BBQ utensils, and baking sheet.
The starter kit amenities include beach towels, dish sponge and soap, dishwasher tabs/soap, hand soap, kitchen trash bags, laundry detergents, paper towels (2), ready-made beds with linens, toilet paper (2 per bathroom), towel set (1 per guest), travel-sized toiletries, and gas/propane for the BBQ grill.
Restrictions
- The City of San Diego's Short-Term Rental Ordinance is strictly enforced. Parties and/or noise disturbances will result in a minimum $1,000 fine and eviction with no refunds.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
- Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on max guests allowed.
