Seaside location, steps from the beach. Positioned on Savannah Street in the heart of Seaside, this cottage is a two-minute walk to the Savannah beach pavilion — one of nine gated access points exclusive to Seaside homeowners and guests.
Community pool access included. Guests have access to all three Seaside Swim & Tennis pools, including a covered, heated family pool open year-round and a heated lap pool. Pool passes are required for entry and provided at check-in.
Two complimentary bikes for the stay. Homeowner's Collection provides vouchers for two adult bikes through the Seaside Transit Authority, delivered to the cottage — well-suited to the town's walkable, bike-friendly layout and the 19-mile Timpoochee Trail along 30A.
One queen bedroom with two full baths. The upstairs suite has a private ensuite (tub/shower combo) and opens to a treetop balcony through French doors. A second full bath with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower serves as a guest bath, plus a half bath on the main floor.
Compact footprint designed for two. At just over 1,000 square feet, the cottage sleeps two and is configured for a couple rather than a family — open living and dining downstairs, modern kitchen with gas range and center island, a private rear deck, and in-unit washer/dryer.

Restrictions

  • 5-nigh minimum 4th of July week, 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.
  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
  • Cleaning Fee - A cottage cleaning fee applies to clean and prepare the cottage for the next occupancy following your departure.
  • During your stay, you are responsible to place your waste items into plastic garbage bags and set these into the outdoor garbage cans at curb side and secure the can lids. Seaside town council empties these cans twice a week and three times during season.
  • During your stay, please report any items requiring maintenance to Homeowner’s Collection, who will attend promptly and attempt to resolve any difficulty with minimum inconvenience to you. Do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C or heater is operating.
  • The cottage may not be sublet, and your booking is not transferable to any other party.
