KEY Curation Notes

Perched on the 19th floor between a private lake and the Gulf, the unit takes in Gulf views from its balcony. The beach sits a short walk across the street, with dining, shopping, and entertainment minutes away.

The resort piles on five pools, including a zero-entry pool, a kiddie pool with slides, and a rooftop pool with views, alongside two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center with steam room and sauna, a 52,000-square-foot lakefront boardwalk, a putting green, on-site restaurants, and a market. A nightly fountain and light show plays along the boardwalk and from the balcony.

Both bedrooms have private en-suite baths, with a king master that adds a garden tub, a walk-in shower, double vanities, and Gulf-view balcony access. A twin-over-twin bunk alcove brings the total to six across 1,262 square feet.

A recent refresh brought quartz counters and new fixtures throughout, with an open kitchen, a dining area, and an in-unit washer and dryer. An on-site market covers breakfast, lunch, and beach essentials.

Parking is in the garage for up to two cars, with a resort fee of about $104 for a two-bedroom covering parking and amenity wristbands, paid online before arrival. WiFi is available but not guaranteed, so pack a hotspot if remote work or streaming matters on the trip.

Parking information

All guests are supposed to park in the garage only. A maximum of two cars are allowed per condo. Guests may print their parking passes directly from the portal. If you are unable to print the parking pass, you may visit the lobby where the concierge will print them. Utilize the 15-minute parking area while visiting the concierge in the lobby. Then return to your car(s) and park in an appropriate long-term spot. Parking passes need to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles in parking garages without parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.

Equipment & Amenities
