- Appliances _(if equipped)_: Specialized amenities like private ski lockers, fireplaces, or BBQ grills must be used exactly as directed.
- Equipment reporting: Guests must report any property damage, asset breaks, or appliance malfunctions to guest support immediately so licensed contractors can be deployed.
- Parking rules: Vehicles must park only in explicitly assigned stalls, private driveways, or designated garages to avoid towing.
- Locked areas/restricted facilities: Guests must securely lock all exterior doors and windows every time they leave the premises.
- No refunds for malfunctions: Minor plumbing, heating, or structural issues are managed via quarterly preventative maintenance, but unexpected amenity downtime does not trigger automatic refunds.
Checkout & Care
- Trash and recycling must be placed in designated bins following specific community wildlife guidelines.
- Punctual departure is required to accommodate professional post-clean inspections between guest stays.
