Multiple living areas, Smart TVs, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces make it easy to relax and reconnect after a day on the slopes. With room for up to 14 guests, this spacious four-story retreat is designed for families and groups. The primary suite spans an entire level with a fireplace and spa-like bath, while the bunk room and additional guest suites ensure everyone enjoys privacy and comfort. Step outside to a private hot tub, balcony with grill, and access to resort amenities like a heated pool, fitness center, and ski rental shop. No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 50% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Other amenities include a starter set of consumables, such as soap, sponges, paper products, trash bags, dish and laundry detergent, and bath and kitchen towels. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies once the starter set is used up. These items will be restocked for the next guest at no charge to the homeowner.
Linens and towels are provided.
For ski-in/ski-out access, use the Silver Star Lift. Exit the cottage, cross the street, and follow the steep path to the community ski lockers and funicular. To return, use the Silver Star Run.
Please be advised that Park City Resort operates the Silver Star Lift, and access is not guaranteed. Lift operations are dependent on weather and resort staffing.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- You must keep the home and all furniture, fixtures, and belongings at the home in the same state of repair, cleanliness and general order as when you arrived. Damage must be reported immediately.
- The total number of overnight guests must never exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
- Our homes are privately owned and may only be used as a private vacation residence. Large gatherings, tours, events, parties, photo shoots, media use or any other commercial use are not permitted unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
- The responsible guest (or Lead Guest) for any booking must be present during the stay.
- If any smoking has taken place in the home, a minimum charge of $500 will be charged to your card to pay for the required deep clean.
- For your safety, grills must be used outside in non-covered areas, must not be moved from their current positions, and are prohibited on decks and porches. You must adhere to any local burn bans or advisories.
