KEY Curation Notes

Penthouse position directly above Seaside's Central Square puts the beach 217 feet away — a genuine one-minute walk to Coleman Pavilion — with panoramic Gulf and amphitheater views from the main living area and primary suite balcony.
No private pool. This is a penthouse condo, not a house. Seaside's three community pools are included with the stay; tennis and pickleball courts are available on-site with a court fee.
Two complimentary rental bikes are included via Seaside Transit Authority and are the natural way to move along 30A. Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowner visitors under Seaside's community rules — don't plan on bringing or renting one.
The primary suite is a standout. A freestanding soaking tub, spa steam shower with dual vessel sinks, private terrace access, and 12-foot ceilings make it the most hotel-like bedroom configuration in this price range on 30A.
Sleeping configuration warrants a close read. The four bedrooms include one king primary, one king room, one queen room, and a foyer bedroom with a queen platform bed — plus queen-over-queen bunks in the second bedroom. Sleeps 12 at full capacity.
Elevator access, in-unit washer/dryer, and a whole-home sound system are all included. Two assigned parking spaces are behind the building.

Restrictions

  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.
  • Cleaning Fee - A cottage cleaning fee applies to clean and prepare the cottage for the next occupancy following your departure.
  • During your stay, you are responsible to place your waste items into plastic garbage bags and set these into the outdoor garbage cans at curb side and secure the can lids. Seaside town council empties these cans twice a week and three times during season.
  • During your stay, please report any items requiring maintenance to Homeowner’s Collection, who will attend promptly and attempt to resolve any difficulty with minimum inconvenience to you. Do not leave doors or windows open while the A/C or heater is operating.
  • The cottage may not be sublet, and your booking is not transferable to any other party.
  • 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.
