Things you need to know

Kitchen set up for all your cooking needs including an air fryer, blender/food processor, Keurig for Kcups or ground coffee, double ovens, and more.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Please do not use the towels to remove your make-up or the linen clean-up will get charged to you. Use the provided make-up remover towels. If you leave behind any glitter or decorations, we will have to charge an additional $100 cleaning fee.
  • All trash must be thrown away in a trash bag and tied properly and placed in the trash bin. Any loose trash will be charged for clean-up.
  • No smoking inside the house, please! If smoking outside, please throw your cigarette butts away into the trash bin. There is a $500 charge if physical or odor evidence of smoking is found.
  • Keep the noise level down especially after 10PM and respect my lovely neighbors. There is a $250 Disturbance fee if we get a noise complaint.
  • For guest's safety, we do NOT allow any parties, drugs and, of course, illicit activities. We have external cameras to make sure that there are no intruders coming in. If emergency services (police, security) is called, there is a $250 Service fee.
  • The listing shows the standard occupancy. Guests that are over and above are charged $10 per person per night, up to the maximum occupancy.
  • If you require us to come to the property as you are locked out, it is a $50 lockout service fee, plus the parts and labor to replace the key door, if necessary.
  • Please make sure your vehicle(s) and the place is properly locked up and any of your valuables are not left out to ensure the safety and security of all. We are not responsible for any loss in property.
