KEY Curation Notes

Beachfront at Pinnacle Port with both Gulf and lake views. The living area opens to a Gulf-front balcony over the pool and sand, while the upstairs primary has its own balcony overlooking Lake Powell. Direct beach access sits just outside, on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach beside Camp Helen State Park.

An updated interior with a renovated kitchen. New stainless appliances, custom cabinets, and quartz counters anchor the space, with in-unit laundry off the kitchen.

A king primary upstairs and a Gulf-view queen on the main floor, each with a private walk-in tile shower. A bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and a twin trundle, plus a full hall bath, brings the total to eight across three baths.

A deep resort amenity set on land and water. Two community pools (one heated in winter), separate men's and women's saunas, tennis and shuffleboard courts, a children's playground, and a fitness center sit behind 24-hour gated security. On the lake side, there are on-site kayak and canoe rentals plus boat slips and a fishing dock.

A few Tommy Bahama beach chairs are provided as a courtesy though not guaranteed, with paid umbrella-and-chair packages available through the resort's beach vendor. Note that golf carts are not permitted on the property.

Parking information

Guests are encouraged to print their parking passes directly from the portal. If that isn’t possible, the QR code on your phone will allow the concierge desk to print it for you. Parking passes should be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles parked on site without valid parking passes are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. Upon arrival at the security gate, guests will show their pass to patrol personnel to gain entrance to this community.

Primary renter must be 25+ and stay in the unit.
Do not exceed maximum occupancy. Children under 2 count toward occupancy.
Booking guest is responsible for all occupants, visitors, damages, and rule violations.
No subletting, reservation transfers, or booking for another party.

Events & Noise

No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.
Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM (or as posted by the community).

Prohibited Activities

Unauthorized pets prohibited. $500 fee plus cleaning/damage charges.
Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee plus remediation costs.
No illegal drugs.
No firearms or weapons.
No climbing, jumping, throwing items, or hanging items from railings.

Equipment & Amenities

Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
A/C_ (if equipped)_: Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
