This house is gorgeous- with everything you need- toiletries, cooking supplies, towels, space to spread out…. My youngest didn't have the skills to ski out from the club, so we walked to the base of PCR and it is an easy 5 minute walk. My husband and I walked to town in 15 mins. The location is awesome. The street and neighborhood are amazing, This house is wonderful. Heated garage, driveway, and patio. Heated bathroom floors. Comfortable beds and lots of space. Beautiful finished, furnishings, and space to spread out. Great communication from property managers. We would definitely return to this property.

Things you need to know

High-quality bed linens & towels are provided.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, and makeup towels are provided in each bathroom and sink in the home.

A starter set of dish detergent, dish soap, sponges, and laundry detergent is provided, along with toilet paper, tissues, paper towels & trash bags. We try to provide enough of these items for the duration of your stay, but for longer stays or heavier use, additional provisions can be purchased locally by the guests.

An iron & iron board, hairdryer, and hangers are provided.

Some optional amenities or concierge needs including personal concierge, house cleaning, luggage shipping, personalized excursions, childcare items for rent, laundry service/dry cleaning, grocery delivery, and babysitter recommendations are available upon request for a charge.

  • Ski-in/ski-out access via the property's run access is managed by Vail Resort based on weather and conditions permitting, we do not control the availability.
  • Minimum nights of stay vary by time of the year.
  • No additional persons are allowed to stay in the Property than confirmed on the reservation. Guests must abide by the maximum occupancy rule allowed in the home at all times.
  • We are not liable for damage or loss by theft, accident, or otherwise to articles or merchandise prior to, during, or after the stay.
  • Any parties or gatherings of any nature which exceed the maximum occupancy or are disruptive in any nature are strictly prohibited.
  • We do not allow pets of any kind in our units, with the exception of seeing eye dogs and other such animals to assist the physically challenged. A cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit if a pet or sign of a pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
  • We occasionally experience outages that are beyond our control. We report outages as each occurs. No refunds or compensation will be given for any outages. These outages include but are not limited to internet, cable, electricity, water, etc.
  • Guest acknowledges there may be construction on or near the Property. We shall not reimburse Guests for noise or disturbances from construction.
