90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. We are happy to help you find the home with the access you are most comfortable with, any time of year.
Security Cameras are in place outside of the home only. These do not point into the home.
Please note that the community of Eagles Nest has construction going on. Due to how sound travels, during weekdays you may hear heavy vehicles traveling on the development's roads, including at the neighboring lots.
The garage is maintained as a storage space for home owners and will not be available for guest use.
Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
Hot tubs are professionally serviced between rentals.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's into Eagles Nest.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
