The pool is heated at no additional charge, but temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient outside temperatures.
The rental includes essential amenities such as shampoo and basic toiletries to ensure a comfortable stay.

Pack-n-play and highchair are available upon request.
For security, Ring cameras are installed to monitor side and rear access points, as well as a Ring doorbell, to ensure vendor access and real occupancy. These are used for emergency situations only.

- We have a zero-tolerance party and event policy. The City of Chandler takes noise disturbances very seriously, which can result in fines and the removal of this listing from various platforms.
- The property includes a Minut noise alert monitoring system to ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected. It does not record actual sounds or conversations, only the noise level (measured in decibels).
