KEY Curation Notes

Two 6-seat golf carts are included. The practical way to reach the beach and cover the 17-mile trail system. Prominence uses public beach access points; there is no direct beach access from the neighborhood.

Located directly next to the south community pool, this is the closest position of any Prominence rental, with two zero-entry pools total in the community. Pool heating is seasonal and controlled by the HOA; timing is subject to change with no refunds.

Every bedroom has its own en-suite bath. Across six bedrooms sleeping 18, a meaningful differentiator for multi-family groups. Five balconies, including two screened, plus a ground-floor screened porch with ping pong. The bunk room has its own separate entrance and a Pac-Man arcade game, making it self-contained for kids or teens.

Four bikes and daily golf are included year-round through Xplorie. Parking is 3 cars plus 2 golf carts. More generous than most Prominence properties, but worth coordinating for large groups. No street parking is permitted anywhere in the neighborhood.

Starter supplies are minimal. Arrival-day basics only, not restocked. The nearest grocery store is 5 miles away. KEY.co can have essentials delivered before you check in.

Neighborhood: Rosemary Beach - Located on the Beach Side of 30A. - Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Things you need to know

Pool heated seasonally is subject to change at any time by the HOA for the community.

We supply a startup supply of soap, toilet tissue, and dish washing detergent. All units are supplied with a trial size shampoo.

Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows are all provided.

Kitchens are fully equipped with cooking essentials.

Please bring your own beach towels and do not use the bath towels at the pools or beach.

WIFI can accommodate an average of 3 devices. Because individual device settings may not be compatible with the internet service settings in the property, we cannot guarantee the reliability or connectivity of internet service.

Restrictions

Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order.
Please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food from kitchen utensils and cookware.
Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute on each floor.
Please gather all bed linens and leave them on top of the bed. Please leave all towels on the bathroom floor.
Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and may be cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property is not responsible for items left behind.
Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in any of our rental units, including balconies and porches. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning charges of $500 will be charged if in violation.
