From the minute we arrived at this beautiful home we knew it was going to be a spectacular week! The location of the home is perfect....Beautiful views and Amazing sunsets! We have stayed directly on Sapodilla Bay and Taylor Bay before. We found this home to be even more perfect than those locations. Our dock, umbrellas, chaise lounge chairs, knee deep water to play and swim in....ideal!!! The screened in porch was our favorite place to sit every night! The design and amenities in the home were well thought out. The kitchen was fully stocked for our many meals. Over the top perfect! Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We all can't wait to come back!

There is an additional pull out twin-sized bed in the 2nd bedroom.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- The Home shall be occupied only by the Guest and members of the Guest’s party, whose total number cannot exceed the Maximum Number of Occupants without prior written consent of Owner/Owner’s Agent.
- Guest will pay long distance calls not included in the telephone service provided.
- Maid service is scheduled before and after the Lease Term. Select homes have one mid-stay clean if the Lease Term is 7 days or longer, limited homes have daily maid service. Additional maid service may be arranged at the Guest’s expense.
- Extra services such as additional maid service, car service, chef service, child care, and activities may be arranged in advance with a concierge or management company appointed by Owner/Owner’s Agent. The owner’s Agent or Onsite Host will assist with making such reservations as requested by the Guest. Fees will be applied as agreed upon and paid directly by the Guest to the service provider or Onsite Host.
- Some Homes have a daily, weekly, or monthly surcharge for electricity. Metered Air Conditioning: At some Homes Metered A/C is available and usage is at Guest’s discretion. The A/C. meters will be read and recorded in the presence of Guest during the orientation to and departure from the Home. The charge for usage fluctuates according to the fuel factor surcharge. Usage will be charged to the Guest’s credit card. Owner/Owner’s Agent is not responsible for any interruption or loss of WI-FI or TV services during occupancy and no refund will be made on account of the same.
- Damage, excessive wear or use, removal, or re-arrangement of furnishings or property will result in charges to the Guest in the amount of repairs, replacement, and labor plus the Owner’s/Owner’s Agent administrative and legal costs.
- Any type of pets or animals inside or outside the Home is prohibited. A few limited homes may allow Pets only with the prior consent of the Owner/Owner’s Agent. If consent has been granted Guests will agree to the Pet Policies set forth by the homeowner, which may include a Pet Fee and Rules to keep the pet from causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and to immediately remedy any complaints concerning the pet and to keep the pet from damaging any property belonging to the Owner/Owner’s Agent or others.
