Teddy Bear’s Retreat, a stunning new home completed in Summer 2023, is perfectly situated on a prime corner in the desirable Village at Eagles Nest. With three spacious bedrooms and two and a half baths, this retreat offers everything a family needs for an unforgettable mountain getaway. The open-concept main level features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, a full island, and stainless-steel appliances, along with a dining area that seats eight. The living area boasts cathedral ceilings, a gas log fireplace, a Smart TV with Roku, and cozy seating with breathtaking views of Sugar and Grandfather Mountains. The main level also includes a luxurious king suite with a private bath, a walk-in glass wall shower, and a double vanity. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bath with a premium tiled shower. One bedroom offers a second king bed with stunning mountain views, while the other is equipped with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and space for games and relaxation. All bedrooms have smart TVs. Outside, the spacious deck invites you to enjoy the cool mountain breeze, with a gas grill and comfortable seating area. Step down to the rustic firepit for evening marshmallow roasting or unwind in the inviting hot tub. No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman’s Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
Firewood may be added at time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You get two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for $25/night.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Please note that this home have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Kitchen is stocked with all utensils needed to cook meals.
Towels and linens will be provided.
The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter months. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.
Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
