Our Favorite! We have been staying in AZ for a month or more for the last 8 years. This was our favorite place to stay. Home is beautiful, well managed, clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Beds were comfortable and home has lots of space. Whoever decorated has good taste - all the details! Views and pool were amazing. Location is good for golfing and hiking. We've already asked about dates for next year. You can't go wrong staying here! Deserves 10 stars!

A completely stocked laundry room will help you keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. Detergent is supplied.
The pool heating fee is $95.00 per night to heat the pool to 80º F. Spa heating only, with no pool heating, is $30.00 per night, October 1 through May 31. There is usually a 4-night minimum.
Community amenities include heated and unheated pools, basketball and volleyball courts, parks, baseball and soccer fields, hiking and biking trails and a spa (by appointment).
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances. Please contact us for more information.

- Events: Parties, gatherings, and events of any size are prohibited.
- Noise: Respect neighbors and avoid excessive or disruptive noise. NoiseAware monitors noise levels but does not record sounds or conversations.

- Pets: Pets are prohibited inside and outside the property.
- Smoking: Smoking is prohibited where designated.
- Illegal Activity: Illegal activity is prohibited.
- Misconduct: Conduct that damages the property or disturbs others is prohibited.
Equipment & Amenities
- TV: TVs are streaming-only; no satellite or cable service.
- Security Camera: An exterior camera faces the street and driveway.
- Safety Equipment: Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.
- Electricity: Monthly-rate stays incur a daily electricity fee for dates from May through September.
Checkout & Care
- Guests are responsible for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear; repair or replacement costs may be charged to the payment method on file.
- A refundable security deposit may be required.
