Guests & Occupancy

  • The primary guest must be 21 years or older to check in and must remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
  • The guest who makes the reservation is responsible for all occupants and must be present during the stay.
  • The property may be used for short-term residential lodging only.

Events & Noise

  • Events & Gatherings: Parties, weddings, events, or large gatherings are not permitted.
  • Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are enforced Sunday–Thursday from 10:00 pm–10:00 am and Friday–Saturday from 11:00 pm–10:00 am. This includes restrictions on stereos, televisions, and any amplified or disruptive noise.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Pets are not permitted. A $400+ per pet fee will be assessed for violations, and additional fines may apply. Service animals are permitted where required by law.
  • Smoking / Vaping: Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the accommodation; fees starting at $400 apply if violated.
  • Illegal Substances: Use or possession of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • Fireworks & Fires: Fireworks and beach fires are prohibited due to fire hazards.
  • Alcohol Use: Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the beach or public streets.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Beach Equipment: Beach chairs, umbrellas, and tents may not be left unattended on the beach after sunset and may be removed by the city. Guests must refill any holes dug in the sand for safety.
  • Restricted Areas: Access to certain resort facilities or areas may be limited to authorized use only.

Checkout & Care

  • Guests are expected to follow checkout instructions and leave the property in reasonable condition.
  • Cleaning Services (if arranged or available): The property is professionally cleaned before and after each stay; some properties may offer daily or mid-stay housekeeping.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Lost or Left Items: The property manager is not responsible for lost or stolen items; reasonable efforts will be made to recover items left behind if reported promptly.
  • A $1,500 security deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be fully refunded after departure, contingent upon a satisfactory inspection of the property to ensure no damage or missing/broken items.
