KEY Curation Notes

This first-floor corner condo looks out over Cerulean Park and sits within a short walk of both the WaterColor Beach Club and Seaside. It places you at the center of WaterColor's 30A, with the Gulf, the shops, and the dining all reachable on foot.
The WaterColor Beach Club is the crown of the resort, set right on the Gulf with pools, the Canteen restaurant and bar, changing rooms, and a sunset balcony over the water. Entry is by passes kept in the unit, each covering two adults with children under twelve free, so larger parties should confirm the count before a beach day. Beyond the Beach Club, the Van Ness Butler access toward Seaside and the Seagrove points open up still more shoreline.
The pool network alone can fill a vacation, anchored by the Butterfly Pool with its Monarch Slide and lifeguards, the zero-entry Caterpillar Pool with a children's area and slide, and the Lazy Lizard Pool with a lazy river. Several run heated through the cooler months, and pool passes come provided in the unit.
The WaterColor Trolley makes a car optional inside the resort, running daily from nine to seven and circulating between the neighborhoods, the pools, the Beach Club, and Camp WaterColor. Rides are requested through the community app.
Inside, two king bedrooms and a bunk nook sit alongside a screened porch built for relaxed dining. Beach towels are free at the Towel Hut by the Beach Club, worth reserving ahead in peak season. Publix is a five-minute drive for anything forgotten, or KEY.co can stock the kitchen before you arrive.

Parking information

- Following WaterColor community rules, vehicle parking is permitted strictly in designated parallel parking pads, private driveways, and marked resort spaces. - Parking on the street, pine straw, or pathways is strictly forbidden. - Nearby town center lots are restricted, but a dedicated WCBC Paid Parking Wi-Fi network helps guests smoothly connect to the local Passport Parking system if needed.

Things you need to know

While staying at WaterColor resort, you will have access to multiple magnificent beaches: the beach club in main WaterColor; the Van Ness Butler access between WaterColor and Seaside; plus, two more public beaches in Seagrove, San Juan and Bramble Grove.

Towels are provided to you at no charge by the Towel Hut, which is located right by the WaterColor Beach Club. Call in advance to make sure you reserve the right number of towels, especially during the prime seasons.

WaterColor Beach Club Amenities:

To access the WaterColor Beach Club, guests must utilize the passes provided in your unit. Each pass is good for 2 persons; children under the age of 12 do not require a pass. WaterColor Beach Club features a pool service area that offers sunscreen, hats, water toys, and even chilled towels. Towel service is now offered to guests as well. Get ready for some breathtaking gulf views (before or during sunset) while standing on WaterColor Beach Club’s balcony or from the beach boardwalk. The Canteen Restaurant and Bar is open daily from 11am to 7:30pm.

The WaterColor Beach Club provides guests with fully equipped changing rooms with showers and lockers. Forgot some essentials? No problem! WaterColor Beach Club features a pool service area that offers sunscreen, hats, water toys, and even chilled towels. Towel service is now offered to guests as well. Get ready for some breathtaking gulf views (before or during sunset) while standing on WaterColor Beach Club’s balcony or from the beach boardwalk. WaterColor Trolley: The WaterColor Trolley operates daily from 9:00 am-7:00 pm. The trolley operates on a route-based system circulating between neighborhoods, community pools, the Beach Club, and Camp WaterColor. Trolley operations are subject to change. The WaterColor Trolley app is a game-changer for traveling within the community! To request a ride, guests must create an account in the app, enter their pick-up and drop-off locations, and confirm the number of passengers in their party. Passengers will receive a notification confirming their ride request and an ETA for the trolley's arrival. Children under 5 years of age must be in a self-provided, properly secured child restraint device, as required by Florida law, to ride the trolley. Car seats may be stored inside resort amenities until you're ready to leave.

WaterColor Pools: Access to all 4 pools requires pool passes, which are provided in the condo’s kitchen. Towel service is now available at Marina Pool from 10am-3pm, Sunday-Thursday. Food and Beverage Grab 'n' Go will also be available from 10am-2pm. The Beach Club and all WaterColor pools offer free Wi-Fi available!

WaterColor’s Beach Club recently benefited from some tremendous renovations. There are now 2 additional pools, a restaurant (with indoor and outdoor seating), a bar, and more. Guests can now enjoy the Beach Club Pool, Frog Pool, Dragonfly Pool, Camp Pool, and Boathouse Pool! During the cooler months, the Beach Club and Camp pools are heated. The Main Butterfly Pool, with Monarch Slide, is heated and lifeguard staffed. The Caterpillar Pool is a zero-entry pool that is also heated; it offers a Children's Area with Skipper Slide. The Lazy Lizard Pool is another zero-entry pool with a Lazy River!

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary renter must be 25+ and stay in the unit.
  • Do not exceed maximum occupancy. Children under 2 count toward occupancy.
  • Booking guest is responsible for all occupants, visitors, damages, and rule violations.
  • No subletting, reservation transfers, or booking for another party.

Events & Noise

  • No Parties or Events: Gatherings exceeding occupancy limits are prohibited.
  • Quiet Hours: 10 PM–7 AM (or as posted by the community).

Prohibited Activities

  • Unauthorized pets prohibited. $500 fee plus cleaning/damage charges.
  • Smoking/vaping is prohibited anywhere on the property. $500 fee plus remediation costs.
  • No illegal drugs.
  • No firearms or weapons.
  • No climbing, jumping, throwing items, or hanging items from railings.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Wi-Fi: Provided as a convenience; not guaranteed. No refunds for outages.
  • A/C _(if equipped):_ Keep doors/windows closed when running. Recommended setting: 70–75°F.
  • Park only in designated areas. No RVs, trailers, boats, or oversized vehicles unless approved. Towing fees are guest responsibility.
  • Amenity Wristbands: Required at Tidewater. Lost wristbands: $25 + tax each.
  • Amenities: Availability may be affected by HOA/resort maintenance, inspections, or closures. No refunds for interruptions.
  • Security Cameras: Exterior cameras may be in use.

Checkout & Care

  • Leave the property in reasonable condition. Guests are responsible for damage, missing items, and excessive cleaning.
  • Do not rearrange furniture.
  • Bag all trash. Do not place large items or cardboard in trash chutes.
  • Left-behind items may be returned at guest expense; unclaimed items may be discarded after 30 days.
