This beautiful villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Puntacana Resort & Club (just a 10 minute drive from the international Punta Cana Airport) a 26-square mile paradise that is blessed with a temperate year-round climate, light rainfall, and soft breezes. - 5 minutes to La Cana Beach and Golf Club and Six Senses Spa by golf cart - 5 minutes to Oscar De La Renta Tennis center by golf cart - 5 minutes to Ojos Indigenas Ecological Reserve by golf cart - 5 minutes to Playa Blanca Beach by golf cart The following places outside the resort require private transportation, as golf carts are not allowed to leave the resort: - Puntacana Village, a supermarket, and BlueMall Puntacana, each a 7-minute drive away.

Both houses are magnificent! Third time we book the houses! Still cant find anything wrong with the place, staff, location, service, food! The houses have great rooms and great decor! staff always attentive and always there for whatever is needed. Food is unbelievable (chef cooked phenomenal food every day).... For golfers also it is an ideal spot (right off #7 in arecife golf course)..... seriously, I would love to rent out these houses every year! you should too! thank you mark for helping us out!

- The maximum occupancy for the rental property is the number the rental property sleeps, including children, as displayed on the website for the property.
- If you bring in extra guests without prior approval and payment, you may be asked to vacate the rental property and forfeit all rent paid.
- Guests must report any inoperative/malfunctioning equipment to Property Manager immediately. Property Manager will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently.
- If you require a rollaway, highchair or crib and it is not provided in the rental property, please notify us in advance. These items are provided subject to prior availability.
- Outdoor fires are strictly prohibited.
